The watercolor print on the front of the card represents the Body and Blood of Christ. The inside artwork depicts the "Agnus Dei", or Lamb of God, representing Christ and his sacrifice, and features a quote by St. Jerome - "Assuredly, the Lord grants all the favors for which we petition Him in the Mass, provided they be suitable to us". 

This mixed set contains cards with four background colors - white, beige, light green, and light blue (1 of each color for the 4-pack, 3 of each color for the 12-pack).
